The CD Era: Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! (Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds)
Because Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds released their fifteenth studio album, Push the Sky Away, last month, I will review one of the Nick Cave CD’s I own. Here’s Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! which has always been a favorite of mine. The band just sounds so energized and renewed on this one, taking…
The CD Era: Midnite Vultures (Beck)
So here’s one of my favorite Beck albums, Midnite Vultures, a sexy, funky, weird album that I think gets lost in the shuffle when talking about Beck. Everyone always mentions Odelay, Mutations or Sea Change, which are all good, but this is the one I keep coming back to.

The CD Era: Neon Bible (Arcade Fire)
Arcade Fire is based in Canada. But so is Nickleback. But so is the Kids in the Hall.

And I do think it’s time to start dating again. I don’t even know where to start though…
That concludes Daniel Bitch Fest 1990-12…whatever
The Cabin in the Woods
Great movie. I loved it. Perhaps I’ll write a review one day. For now, I’m just going to leave it as “I fucking loved it.”
